Easter Day

I took Holy Week off from blogging, but this evening I felt moved to post. I took time off because I had started to make art in order to post rather than posting what I was making. This tendency seems to be one of the dangers of keeping a blog. It felt very freeing to make things privately. And, I did still want to make things even if I knew they were going to be private. What I have learned from this experience is this: It is good to share what I am making. It is also good to make art that is not meant to be shared. I need to make time for both.
